Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Time (Pakistan)
Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
From time to time, Salvatore Jewels may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special sales events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking information to update.
Cash on Delivery (If Available)
For customers within Pakistan, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected locations.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided shipping address.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing an order.
Salvatore Jewels is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
