At Salvatore Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank for processing times.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
